Rooms range from A$349 per week per person for a twin share up to A$649 per week for our room with its own private balcony. Every room is all inclusive, with furniture, electricity, water, gas and unlimited WiFi covered in the one weekly price.

We are at 246 Glebe Point Road, Glebe. The University of Sydney is roughly a 20 minute walk or a quick ride by bus or bike, UTS is about 12 minutes by light rail, and the Glebe light rail stop and Glebe Point Road cafés are right on your doorstep.
Yes. Every resident pays a four week bond, and the minimum lease is six months. Leases never end in December, so if you move in around June your lease runs through to January. Get in touch and we will walk you through the exact figures for your room.

We have three rooms available right now for Semester 2, 2026, including a twin share, so you can move in this semester. Our 2027 waitlist is also open for students planning ahead.
We handle it. If your twin share housemate leaves, we manage finding a replacement and your agreed rate stays the same. You are never left covering someone else's share.
